Vision: Inspired by the surrounding beauty of Forbidden Plateau our mission is to create a unique community for homeowners that preserves and celebrates the spirit of the land.

Our Goals and Objectives for Mountain Spirit Garden Estates

 

  • To promote environmental stewardship through the sustainable development of six unique properties on private forestland on Forbidden Plateau.    

  • To provide building guidelines for the development’s homeowners that supports the design of homes and property area which harmonizes with, and protects the natural landscape – i.e. Arts & Crafts, and Timber Frame construction design, and vegetative and storm water management plans. 

  • To support green building with the use of eco-friendly and energy efficient products and materials.  

  • To offer a community and park setting that is accessible to hiking, mountain biking, and cross-country skiing trails, and other low impact recreational activities
